The Serv-Ware PM10LA is a 10 quart gear-driven planetary mixer for pizzerias, bakeries, cafés and restaurants. A 1 HP motor drives a high-torque, permanently lubricated transmission with heat-treated steel gears through three speeds (108 / 195 / 355 RPM). It has a rigid cast iron body, a safety-interlocked stainless bowl guard and bowl lift, and thermal overload protection. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet and comes with a dough hook, beater and wire whip.
