The Serv-Ware ETG-16 is a 16" electric countertop griddle for cafes, diners, concession stands and kitchens without gas. It has a 16" x 15.5" fully welded 1/2" steel cooking plate, thermostatic control from 150°F to 570°F, 3" side and back splash guards and a removable grease pan. It runs on 120V at 1,750 W with a NEMA 5-15P plug.

What does the warranty cover?
Serv-Ware covers replacement parts for defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from installation, up to 18 months from shipment, in the US and for commercial use only. Labor is not included.
