The Serv-Ware PM20-PTO is a 20 quart gear-driven planetary mixer for pizzerias, bakeries, cafés and restaurants. A 1.5 HP motor drives a high-torque, permanently lubricated transmission with heat-treated steel gears through three speeds (108 / 195 / 355 RPM), with a manual timer and an industry-standard #12 attachment hub. It has a rigid cast iron body, a safety-interlocked stainless bowl guard and bowl lift, and thermal overload protection. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet and comes with a dough hook, beater and wire whip.
