The Serv-Ware ETG-24 is a 24" electric countertop griddle for cafes, diners, concession stands and kitchens without gas. It has a 24" x 15.5" fully welded 1/2" steel cooking plate, thermostatic control from 150°F to 570°F, 3" side and back splash guards and a removable grease pan. It runs on 208V at 3,560 W with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
