The Serv-Ware STGS-24 is a 24" countertop gas griddle for restaurants, diners and cafes. It has two cast iron H-shape burners at 30,000 BTU each (60,000 BTU/hr total), a 3/4" thick steel griddle plate and thermostatic control from 200°F to 500°F. It is built for natural gas with an LP conversion kit and regulator included, and the spec sheet carries the Intertek cETLus and ETL Sanitation marks.

Does it run on propane?
It ships for natural gas with an LP conversion kit and regulator included. Have a qualified gas technician convert it; LP runs at 10" W.C. and natural gas at 4" W.C.
What gas connection does it need?
A 3/4" gas line. Total input is 60,000 BTU/hr (2 burners × 30,000), so size the gas supply for that load.
What temperature range does it have?
The thermostats run from 200°F to 500°F.
Will it fit on my counter?
It is 23.98" wide, 29.96" deep and 16.22" high on adjustable legs, and ships at 225 lbs. Use a counter or stand rated for the weight and suitable for hot equipment.
Do I need a hood?

What does the warranty cover?
