The Serv-Ware ETG-30 is a 30" electric countertop griddle for cafes, diners, concession stands and kitchens without gas. It has a 30" x 15.5" fully welded 1/2" steel cooking plate, thermostatic control from 150°F to 570°F, 3" side and back splash guards and a removable grease pan. It runs on 208V at 4,500 W.
