The Serv-Ware ETG-36 is a 36" electric countertop griddle for cafes, diners, concession stands and kitchens without gas. It has a 36" x 15.5" fully welded 1" steel cooking plate, thermostatic control from 150°F to 570°F, 3" side and back splash guards and a removable grease pan. It runs on 208V at 10,080 W and is hard wired.
