The Serv-Ware EST5-2 is a 72.3" wide electric hot food table with five open wells for cafeterias, buffets, catering lines and delis. Each well holds a standard-size pan (pans not included) and has its own infinite control, so five dishes can be held at different settings between 120°F and 200°F. It runs on 220-240V, 16 amps, with a 6' cord and NEMA 6-20 plug, and a removable cutting board runs along the front.

It does not plug into a standard 120V outlet: plan for a 220-240V NEMA 6-20R receptacle within reach of the 6' cord. Measure doorways and the path to the serving line; its smallest outside dimension is the 29.5" depth.
Five independent wells
Each well has its own infinite control and stainless steel heating element, so five foods can be held at different settings.

What outlet does it need?
A 220-240V, 60 Hz, single-phase receptacle for its NEMA 6-20 plug. It draws 16 amps and has a 6' cord. It will not plug into a standard 120V outlet.
What pans fit, and are they included?
Each open well takes a standard-size pan. Pans are not included, so order them separately in the depths you use.
Can I set each well to a different temperature?
Yes. Each well has its own infinite control, with a holding range of 120°F to 200°F.
Can I cook raw food in it?
No. Serv-Ware designs it to hold pre-cooked food at a safe hot-holding temperature. Cook food first, then hold it in the wells.
What accessories are available?
Serv-Ware lists a double sneeze guard (SG5-2), a sanitary guard (SG5-1), a cutting board kit (CBK-5) and casters (3B-0050-B-HFT) as options for the EST5-2. They are sold separately.
Will it fit through my door?
