The Serv-Ware SGR-6B-24RG is a 60" gas restaurant range for restaurants, diners and cafes that need burners and a flat-top on one unit. It has six 30,000 BTU open burners under removable 12" x 12" heavy duty cast grates, a 24" raised griddle/broiler with a slide-out broiler rack, and two standard ovens with 31,000 BTU U-shaped burners, each taking a full-size sheet pan side-to-side or front-to-back. It is built for natural gas and supplied with an LP conversion kit.
