Description
The Adcraft ADC2BFG double-bowl granita machine, 6 gallons provides a dedicated solution for beverage preparation and dispensing.
Two clear 3-gallon bowls make the ADC2BFG a six-gallon frozen beverage display with separate flavor choices. Continuous mixing keeps the product moving as the refrigeration system develops the slushy texture.
The stainless steel and plastic construction combines visible polycarbonate bowls with accessible controls and removable drip trays. This model is specified at 120V, 1200W and 10.2A, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Use suitable granita mixes and follow the manual for cleaning, preparation and operation.
