- 31‑13/16" wide stainless steel top (20 ga #302) with 1" IPS drain for rapid water removal.
- Fits two 12" × 20" pans up to 6‑¼" deep, plus extra space for ice beneath the pans.
- Integrated 8" stainless shelf with removable 3/8" poly cutting board for easy prep.
- Enclosed base with sliding doors, 18 ga stainless undershelf, and NSF certification.
- Stationary design on adjustable plastic bullet feet; overall height 34" for ergonomic service.
