- Stainless steel frame and 18‑ga. Type 430 stainless steel top shelf deliver durability and easy cleaning in busy kitchens.
- Chamber Lock™ system locks the front glass at 15° intervals, enabling quick rotation for staff access without removing the shield.
- Adjustable front glass width from 68" to 73" and self‑service configuration support flexible countertop layouts.
