The Alto-Shaam 20-10G CLASSIC NAT 208-240V/3-PH Prodigi Classic combi oven is a natural-gas unit designed to hold up to 20 half-size sheet pans. Its 7-inch programmable touchscreen control supports recipe uploads and downloads through the built-in USB port.
This combi oven operates on 208-240V, 3-phase power and uses 80,000 BTU of natural gas. It has an 85-550°F temperature range, a glass door, one-door configuration, and a self-cleaning function. The unit is hardwired and includes a 3/4-inch gas connection and 3/4-inch water inlet.
Measuring 33 11/16 inches wide by 40 13/16 inches deep by 78 11/16 inches high, this oven has a 16 1/4-inch-wide, 28-inch-deep, and 60 7/16-inch-high interior. It is Energy Star qualified, UL certified, and made in America.
