The Alto-Shaam AR-7T 208/1 electric chicken rotisserie oven is a countertop batch rotisserie designed for foodservice operations serving roasted chicken. Its seven spits accommodate up to 28 chickens weighing 3 lb. each, while the illuminated interior and double-pane glass door support clear product viewing during operation.
Electronic touchscreen controls provide adjustable operation, and the automatic self-cleaning system supports hands-free oven cleaning. A built-in automatic grease collection system is included for grease disposal.
