The Amana HDC18Y2 is part of the Amana Commercial HDC-Y Series, built by ACP, Inc. for quick service, fast casual, bars, convenience stores and prep stations. It puts 1800 watts of microwave power into a 0.6 cu. ft. stainless steel cavity through top and bottom rotating antennas. The control panel sits below the door, so staff can reach it when the oven is installed on a shelf. It runs on 208/240V, 60 Hz, single phase, on a 20 amp circuit with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
Plan for 36" of depth in front of the oven when the door is open, not just the 21-5/8" body depth.
IEC 60705 tested 1800-watt output, with double rotating antennas at the top and bottom of the cavity for even heating.
Ten programmable pads store up to 100 menu items, with 11 power levels and up to 4 cooking stages per item.
Load menus from a USB drive or the ACP Programming Application. The interface supports 24 languages.
The quantity function calculates times for more portions: X2 by default, optional up to X9.

Yes. The 0.6 cu. ft. cavity is 6-3/4" H x 13" W x 12" D. ACP says it holds a standard half-size pan, and the product page lists a 6" deep 1/2 size food pan.
The oven is 17-5/8" W x 21-5/8" D x 15" H. Leave 2" above it and 1" at the sides; no back clearance is required. With the door open it needs 36" of depth.
Yes. It stores up to 100 menu items on 10 programmable pads, each with up to 4 stages. Menus can be loaded by USB with the ACP Programming Application.
ACP's US and Canada warranty 20301701 covers this model for the first through third year: ACP repairs or replaces any part that fails from workmanship or materials, including related labor and travel. It starts at the date of original purchase and applies to commercial food service use.
