The Amana HDC21Y2 is a 2100-watt HDC-Y Series microwave from ACP's Chef Line for heavy-volume kitchens such as quick service, fast casual, bars, kiosks and convenience stores. Its 0.6 cu. ft. stainless cavity takes a standard half-size pan, and top and bottom rotating antennas spread energy evenly for steaming, cooking and reheating. The bottom-mounted touchpad, placed for ovens installed on a shelf, stores up to 100 menu items with 11 power levels and 4 cooking stages, and a Smart USB port loads menus across ovens. It runs on 208/240V single phase with a 20 amp NEMA 6-20 plug and an automatic voltage sensor.
Plan a dedicated 208/240V 20 amp outlet that takes the NEMA 6-20 plug, within reach of the 5.5 ft. cord; ACP says not to use an extension cord.

ACP's US and Canada warranty covers parts, labor and travel for the first three years for commercial food service use. Lost or broken air filters, broken trays and shipping damage are not covered.
