The XpressChef 3i MRX1BL from ACP, Inc., maker of Amana commercial microwaves, combines 3000-watt impingement with adjustable 0-100% fan speed, convection from 200 to 520°F and a 1000-watt top antenna microwave. The compact footprint fits a 28" deep counter, and the 0.61 cu. ft. cavity takes a 12" pizza. A built-in catalytic converter filters grease and odors for ventless operation, and the inner door drops below the cooking surface for safe removal of food. This black model has black door and sides; ACP builds the 3i in stainless steel as standard with black (BL) and red (RE) color options. It runs on 208-240V single phase with a 20 amp NEMA 6-20 plug.
