A 3000-watt heavy-volume microwave with a 1.0 cu. ft. cavity that holds two stacked 4" deep half-size pans.
The Amana RC30S2 is the 3000-watt model of the RC Series, ACP's Chef Line microwave for full service restaurants, schools, delis, healthcare and grocery. The 1.0 cu. ft. stainless cavity takes two standard 4" deep half-size pans stacked, and 3 magnetrons feed 3 rotating antennas, 2 top and 1 bottom for even steaming and cooking. A 2.8" color LCD touchpad stores 100 menu items with 11 power levels and 4 cooking stages, and a USB port loads menus. It plugs into a 208/240V single-phase 30 amp NEMA 6-30P receptacle and adjusts to the supply with an automatic voltage sensor.
Plan a dedicated 208/240V 30 amp outlet that takes the NEMA 6-30P plug, within reach of the 5 ft. cord; ACP says not to use an extension cord.

208/240V, 60 Hz, single phase on a 30 amp circuit. It comes with a 5 ft. cord and a NEMA 6-30P plug. ACP says not to use an extension cord.

The oven is 19-1/4" W x 26" D x 18-1/8" H including the handle. Leave 2" above, 1" on each side and nothing at the back. The open door needs 40" of total depth.
ACP's throughput estimates for the 3000-watt model: steamed shrimp, 1 lb.: 48 per hour; fresh green beans, 12 oz.: 55 per hour; baked potato, 10 oz.: 36 per hour; salmon, 6 oz.: 33 per hour.
ACP's US and Canada warranty covers parts, labor and travel for the first three years for commercial food service use. Lost or broken air filters, broken trays and shipping damage are not covered.
