The Amana RFS18TS is the 1800-watt model of the RFS Series, part of ACP's Restaurant Line for medium and heavy volume. Its 1.2 cu. ft. stainless cavity takes a 14" platter, prepackaged foods and single servings, and top and bottom rotating antennas spread the energy. The touchpad with Braille stores 100 menu items with 5 power levels, 4 cooking stages and a multiple-quantity pad. It runs on 208/240V single phase with a 20 amp NEMA 6-20 plug.
Plan a dedicated 208/240V 20 amp outlet that takes the NEMA 6-20 plug, within reach of the 5 ft. cord; ACP says not to use an extension cord.

The cavity is 8-7/8" H x 14-1/8" W x 16-1/4" D, 1.2 cu. ft. ACP sizes it for a 14" platter, prepackaged foods and single servings.
The oven is 21-3/4" W x 21" D x 14-3/8" H including the handle. Leave 2" above, 1" on each side and nothing at the back. The open door needs 34" of total depth.
ACP's throughput estimates for the 1800-watt model: mac and cheese, pre-cooked, 2 lb.: 21 per hour; steamed shrimp, 1 lb.: 29 per hour; baked potato, 10 oz.: 21 per hour; fresh asparagus, 8 oz.: 28 per hour.
ACP's US and Canada warranty covers parts, labor and travel for the first three years for commercial food service use. Lost or broken air filters, broken trays and shipping damage are not covered.
