The Amana RMS10TSA is the touch-control model of the RMS Series, ACP's Value Line microwave for low volume. Its touchpad stores 20 menu items with 5 power levels, 4 cooking stages and a multiple-quantity pad. ACP builds it as a commercial oven to replace domestic microwaves in foodservice: the interlock safety switch is tested to 4 times the standard of residential ovens. It plugs into a standard 120V 15 amp NEMA 5-15 outlet.
Plan a dedicated 120V 15 amp outlet that takes the NEMA 5-15 plug, within reach of the 5 ft. cord; ACP says not to use an extension cord.
5 power levels, 4 cooking stages and a multiple-quantity pad. ACP notes a slice of apple pie re-therms in 20 seconds.
Tested to higher standards for a commercial rating, which ACP notes most commercial insurers and health inspectors require.

The cavity is 7-3/4" H x 13" W x 13" D, 0.8 cu. ft. ACP sizes it for a 12" platter, prepackaged foods and single servings.
The oven is 20-1/8" W x 15-7/8" D x 12-1/4" H including the handle. Leave 7" above, 1" on each side and nothing at the back. The open door needs 29" of total depth.
ACP's US and Canada warranty covers parts, labor and travel for the first year. In years two and three ACP provides a replacement magnetron tube only; the owner pays labor and travel. Lost or broken air filters, broken trays and shipping damage are not covered.
