The American Eagle AE-3050 is a 80 quart fixed bowl spiral mixer for bakeries, pizzerias and bagel shops. It mixes up to 110 lb. of dough (66 lb. of flour) with 3 HP agitator and 1 HP bowl motors. Dual 30-minute timers switch it from low to high speed on their own, and the bowl runs in either direction. It runs on 220V 3-phase power.
