A 60-quart gear-driven floor mixer with a push-button power bowl lift for pizza, bakery and donut shops that mix heavy dough every day.
The American Eagle AE-60N4A is a 60-quart floor standing planetary mixer with a 3 HP motor and a 100% gear-driven transmission. Four fixed speeds from 75 to 393 RPM are set with a 360° gear shifter, and a power bowl lift raises and lowers the bowl with buttons. The bowl takes up to 48 lb. of flour or 96 lb. of dough. It runs on 220V, 60 Hz, single phase power at 21 amps and comes with a bowl truck and three agitators.
The mixer weighs 1,001 lb.: check the floor, the delivery path and a 220V single phase circuit before it arrives.
Precision milled, heat treated steel alloy gears and shafts in a 100% gear-driven transmission, with extra thick shafts and agitators.
75, 133, 223 and 393 RPM, selected with a 360° gear shifter. Turn the mixer off before shifting.
Raise and lower the 60 qt. bowl with button controls instead of a hand crank.
The safety guard has auto-shutoff, so the mixer runs only with it closed. A 15-minute automatic timer ends the mix.
The standard #12 hub runs the AE-G12NH grinder, AE-TS12H tenderizer, AE-VS12NH vegetable processor, AE-JS12H jerky slicer and AE-MC12NH meat cutter, sold separately.
A bowl truck comes standard. A 60 to 30 qt. reduction kit is offered as an option.
