The American Eagle AE-BS01 is the premium slicer in the line, with extra safety features for supermarket bakeries and retail bake shops. This AE-BS01-3/4 version has blades set for 3/4" (19 mm) slices; the thickness is fixed and chosen when ordered. One lever motion closes the safety guard, starts the machine and feeds the loaf into the blades. A 1/2 HP motor slices loaves up to 15" long at about 7.5 loaves a minute on 115V, 7 amps.
Leave room in front for loading and on the outfeed side for bagging; the crate is 34.25" W x 33.75" L x 35.25" H.
