A countertop bread slicer with push button start and stop that cuts about 7.5 loaves a minute into fixed 3/8" slices.
The American Eagle AE-BS02 is the push button model in the line, made for supermarket bakeries and retail bake shops. This AE-BS02-3/8 version has blades set for 3/8" (10 mm) slices; the thickness is fixed and chosen when ordered. A lever pushes the loaf into the blades, a 1/3 HP motor slices about 7.5 loaves a minute, and a crumb drawer and bagging shelf keep the work area clean. It runs on 115V, 4 amps, and takes about 23.5" x 23.5" of counter space.
Leave room in front for loading and on the outfeed side for bagging; the crate is 27.5" W x 31" L x 32" H.
