The American Eagle AE-DD36 is an automatic electric dough divider for supermarket bakeries and retail bake shops. A 1/4 HP motor drives a cam that pushes the dough tray up into stainless steel knives, cutting the batch into 36 equally weighted pieces of 1.1 to 3.6 oz. It is rated at 6,000 to 7,000 pieces per hour, rolls on heavy duty castors and runs on 115V, 60 Hz, single phase power at 6.5 amps.
