The American Eagle AE-DDE36R is an Elite Series semi-automatic dough divider rounder for supermarket bakeries and retail bake shops. Lower the top lever to divide a 2.5 to 5.5 lb. batch into 36 pieces of 1.125 to 2.5 oz., then use the horizontal variable speed lever to round them. A secondary rear cam adds rounding stability. A 2 HP motor runs on 220V, 60 Hz, single phase power.
Leave 77.8" of height for the lever, and plan for a 796 lb. machine.
