The American Eagle AE-DM31 is a heavy-duty dual level moulder for bread, rolls, pizza, buns, pretzels and doughnuts. Dough passes through a 4-roller sheeter, then a stainless steel curling mesh, then a bottom-mounted pressure board that curls and moulds it. It handles pieces from 1.1 oz to 8.5 oz (30 g to 240 g) at an estimated 600 to 800 pieces an hour. The standard model runs on 115V, 8 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug; a 220V, 4 amp version is a special order.
The 24" width is the narrowest side for doorways; the crate is 29" wide.
