The American Eagle AE-DMMS28 is a dual mode machine for bakeries: run it as a moulder that sheets and then curls dough, or reverse the conveyor for sheeting only. Two stainless steel rollers, 3.75" in diameter and 13" long, handle dough pieces from 1.1 oz to 12.3 oz (30 g to 350 g) at an estimated 400 to 600 pieces an hour.
