An all-stainless floor sheeter with a 25.6" x 110" working surface for croissant, puff pastry, pizza and pie dough.
The American Eagle AE-DS650B-SS is a Premium Series reversible dough sheeter built in stainless steel. Its 1.5 HP 3-phase motor runs from ordinary 220V single-phase power through a power inverter. A digital readout shows the pressing roller gap, set from 0 to 1.96" (0 to 50 mm), and you run the belts with one-handed controls or hands-free foot pedals. The working tables and scrapers come off for cleaning.
Allow about 131" or more of room lengthwise so the catch trays can extend on both ends.
A 1.5 HP 3-phase motor with power inverter technology runs on common 220V single-phase power.
A dual pin locking handle rail and digital readout set the pressing roller gap precisely, from 0 to 1.96".
Run the reversible belts with one-handed conveyor controls or the foot pedals. The output conveyor runs faster than the input (sync drive).
Scrapers lift out for daily cleaning; pop-up conveyor rollers, large access panels and removable working tables open it up.
OSHA compliant soft-close safety guard on gas struts shuts the machine off when opened. Emergency stop and power override.
A dough transfer roller and dual retractable dough trays on each side handle the sheet as it comes off the belts.
220V, 60 Hz, single-phase. The 1.5 HP motor is 3-phase, but the built-in inverter lets it run from single-phase power. It has a 6 ft 3-wire cord.
The pressing roller adjusts from 0 to 1.96" (0 to 50 mm) and a digital readout shows the setting.
American Eagle lists a 15 lb. maximum batch, based on typical bread dough at about 60% absorption. Adjust the load for other dough; overloading voids the warranty.

A 1 year limited warranty. It must be registered, and improper electrical connection voids it.
