The American Eagle AE-G12N is a countertop meat grinder with a 100% stainless steel #12 grinder head, a rifled chamber and a quick pass auger that reduce jams and food waste. A 1 HP motor drives a 100% steel alloy gear transmission at 170 RPM for about 250 lb. an hour. It comes ready to grind and stuff sausage, with a feeder pan, pusher, 3/4" stuffer tube, 1/4" and 5/16" plates and a knife. A standard #12 hub on the motor also runs optional tenderizer, jerky slicer, vegetable cutter and meat cutter heads.
American Eagle does not print assembled dimensions; the shipping box size gives a close upper limit.

Yes. The standard #12 hub accepts the AE-TS12H tenderizer, AE-JS12H jerky slicer, AE-VS12NH vegetable cutter and AE-MC12NH meat cutter heads. Use reverse only with the meat grinder head. American Eagle warns that reverse on other attachments may cause damage the warranty does not cover.
American Eagle lists 1 year parts and 1 year labor; the warranty must be registered. It does not cover accessories such as combs or wear items such as knives and blades, and improper use voids it.
