A 1.5 HP countertop meat cutter that cuts thick meat into 2" strips through an extra-large 7" x 2" chute.
The American Eagle AE-GMC22N-2 is the AE-GMC22N high volume meat cutter kit with blades fixed at 2" spacing. The kit pairs the 1.5 HP AE-G22NM motor with the AE-GMC22NH meat cutter head, which has a longer 7" x 2" input chute and longer blade shafts than the original AE-MC12NH. Dual rotating 3.5" knives on ball bearing stainless shafts cut skirt steak, boneless chuck, game meat, fajita meat and chicken breast into strips in seconds. It runs on 115V, 16 amps, and the motor's #12 hub accepts other American Eagle attachments.
Leave room for the 11.5" wide feeder pan on top; the unit weighs 77.2 lb.
Blade spacing is fixed at 2" and cannot be adjusted. American Eagle also builds 1/2", 1", 1-1/2" versions; the size is chosen at order.
