The American Eagle AE-GV22-M-SK is the AE-GV22 vegetable cutter kit with the matte finish cast aluminum chamber and a slicing disk included. A dual hopper takes long items like cucumbers, carrots and celery through the 2.5" top chute, and whole potatoes, cheese blocks, lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes and onions through the 6" x 7" bottom hopper. American Eagle rates it at up to 675 lb. of vegetables or 100 to 400 lb. of cheese an hour. The stainless steel 1.5 HP motor unit has a standard #12 hub and plugs into a 115V outlet with its NEMA 5-15P plug.
At 16 amps, give it its own 115V circuit with a NEMA 5-15 receptacle within reach of the 6 ft. cord.
A 2.5" top chute feeds long vegetables; a 6" x 7" bottom hopper takes whole vegetables and cheese blocks.
