A 1 HP countertop slicer that turns whole cuts into even 1/4" strips for jerky, fajitas and stir-fry.
The American Eagle AE-JS12 pairs a 1 HP stainless steel motor with the jerky slicer head. 64 heavy-duty circular blades on two stainless steel shafts slice meat into 1/4" strips, and single-piece stainless combs keep meat from getting stuck. The 7" x 1.1" input chute takes large cuts up to 1" thick, such as skirt steak, boneless chuck, game meat and chicken breast. It runs on 115V, 8 amps, and the #12 hub also takes other American Eagle attachments.

The 7" L x 1.1" W chute accepts big cuts up to 1" thick.
Heavy-duty single-piece stainless steel combs keep meat from getting trapped between the blades.
A sealed, permanently lubricated 1 HP motor with a 100% gear-driven steel alloy transmission turns at 170 RPM, with overload protection and reset.
Optional AE-MC12NH meat cutter, AE-TS12H tenderizer, AE-VS12NH vegetable cutter and AE-G12NH meat grinder heads fit the #12 hub.
High-polish stainless steel with no sharp corners or seams. The slicer head comes apart and is hand wash only.

American Eagle lists 1 year parts and 1 year labor; the warranty must be registered. It does not cover accessories such as combs or wear items such as knives and blades, and improper use voids it.
