The American Eagle AE-JS12H is a stainless steel jerky slicer attachment for the standard #12 hub. It has 64 heavy duty circular knives on two stainless steel shafts and slices meat into 1/4" strips for jerky or fajitas. One-piece combs keep meat from sticking, and a 7" x 1.1" input chute takes large cuts. American Eagle verifies it with its AE-G12N and AE-G22N meat grinders.

American Eagle says the jerky slicer head is hand wash only. Use a wire brush or an air compressor to clean between the knives.
