A 1 HP countertop meat cutter that turns steak and chicken into even 1/2" strips in seconds.
The American Eagle AE-MC12N is a countertop meat cutter kit: a 1 HP stainless steel motor with the meat cutter head attached to its #12 hub. This version has blades fixed at 1/2" spacing for strips for fajitas, stir-fry, salads and soups. Dual rotating 3.5" knives on ball bearing stainless shafts cut skirt steak, boneless chuck, game meat and chicken breast, and bottom-mounted single-piece combs keep meat from getting trapped. It runs on 115V, 8 amps.
Blade spacing is fixed at 1/2" and cannot be adjusted. American Eagle offers other spacings; the size is chosen at order.
The input chute takes thick cuts of meat, and dual rotating 3.5" knives cut them in one pass.
A sealed, permanently lubricated 1 HP motor with a 100% steel alloy gear transmission turns at 170 RPM.
Heavy-duty bottom-mounted combs keep meat out of the blades. Mounted knobs fine-tune the blades so they touch.
The motor accepts optional AE-G12NH meat grinder, AE-TS12H tenderizer, AE-JS12H jerky slicer and AE-VS12NH vegetable cutter heads.
Seamless high-polish stainless steel with an easily removable outside housing. The cutter head is hand wash only.

American Eagle lists 1 year parts and 1 year labor; the warranty must be registered. It does not cover accessories such as combs or wear items such as knives and blades, and improper use voids it.
