The American Eagle AE-MC12N is a complete meat cutter kit: a 1 HP motor unit with #12 hub and meat cutter head. This listing is cut to 3/16" strips. Blade spacing is fixed and is chosen when you order, so pick the size that fits your menu. Twin 3.5" diameter blade sets turn at 170 RPM through a 100% gear-driven steel alloy transmission, and the motor runs on 115V, 60 Hz, single phase power.
Countertop unit: plan about 16.25" x 11.5" of counter space and 14.75" of height.
The blade spacing is fixed at 3/16", so every pass gives the same strip width. American Eagle sells other sizes as separate configurations.
A 1 HP permanently lubricated, sealed motor drives the 3.5" blades at 170 RPM through 100% steel alloy gears.
Heavy duty single piece combs, mounted at the bottom, keep meat from getting trapped between the blades.
Stainless steel shafts on ball bearings are built for high volume processing and smooth running. Mounted knobs let you adjust the blades so they touch.
The motor has a standard #12 hub, so the same base can run American Eagle tenderizer, jerky slicer, vegetable cutter and AE-G12NH grinder heads, sold separately.
The outer housing lifts off. The cutter head is hand wash only; American Eagle recommends a wire brush or air compressor between the blades.
This listing cuts 3/16" strips. The blade spacing is fixed and cannot be adjusted, so the size must be chosen when ordering. American Eagle lists cut sizes from 1/8" to 1" on its product page.

Yes. The motor has a standard #12 hub. American Eagle lists the AE-TS12H meat tenderizer, AE-JS12H jerky slicer, AE-VS12NH vegetable cutter and AE-G12NH meat grinder head as options for this kit.
No bones: feeding bones through the cutter voids the warranty. Use reverse only with the meat grinder head; reverse on other attachments can cause damage the warranty does not cover.
Lift off the outer housing. Wash the cutter head by hand only, and use a wire brush or air compressor to clean between the blades.
1 year parts and 1 year labor. The warranty must be registered, and it does not cover combs or wear items such as knives and blades.
