A #12 hub meat cutter head that cuts steak, chuck, game and chicken into 3/4" strips.
The American Eagle AE-MC12NH-3/4 is the AE-MC12NH meat cutter attachment with fixed 3/4" blade spacing. Dual rows of 3.5" diameter stainless steel blades on ball bearing shafts cut meat into strips for fajitas, stir-fry, salads and soups, and bottom mounted combs keep meat from sticking in the blades. It fits the standard #12 hub on American Eagle grinders.
Blade spacing is fixed; choose the cut size when you order. Fine adjustments are made with knobs under the removable stainless cover.
Large 3.5" diameter blades on ball bearing mounted shafts are built for high volume.
Durable bottom mounted combs keep meat from getting stuck between the blades.
American Eagle rates the meat cutter at 250-550 lb. per hour at 130-190 RPM.
Any American Eagle #12 hub motor, such as the AE-G12N and AE-G22N grinders or the AE-G12NM and AE-G22NM motor units. It may fit other brands with a standard #12 hub; tell us your motor and we will confirm.
No. The spacing is fixed at 3/4". American Eagle offers other sizes as separate heads.
American Eagle says the meat cutter head is hand wash only. Use a wire brush or an air compressor to clean between the blades.
No. Feeding bones voids the warranty, and reverse mode should be used only with the grinder head; reverse on this head may cause damage not covered by the warranty.
