The American Eagle AE-TS12 kit pairs a 1 HP stainless steel motor unit with a meat tenderizer head. Sixty-four heavy duty star-shaped knives on two stainless steel shafts pierce the meat from both sides in one pass, through a 7" x 1.1" input chute that takes cuts up to 1" thick. The motor has a standard #12 hub and runs on 115V, 60 Hz, single phase power. American Eagle notes this is the same motor used on the AE-G12N meat grinder.
Countertop unit: allow about 19.25" of counter length for the motor and tenderizer head.

Take the head apart and wash it by hand only. American Eagle recommends a wire brush or air compressor to clean between the knives.
