The American Eagle AE-TS12H is a stainless steel meat tenderizer attachment for the standard #12 hub. It has 64 heavy duty star shaped knives on two stainless steel shafts and tenderizes tough cuts up to 1" thick, knitting both sides at once. One-piece combs keep meat from sticking, and a 7" x 1.1" input chute takes large cuts. American Eagle verifies it with its AE-G12N and AE-G22N meat grinders.
