A #12 hub vegetable cutter head that shreds cheese, carrots and potatoes with a 1/4" disk.
The American Eagle AE-VS12NH-M-1/4 is the AE-VS12NH vegetable cutter head supplied with the 1/4" shredding disk. Its dual hopper takes long vegetables in the 2.5" round top chute and whole vegetables or block cheese in the 6" x 7" bottom hopper. The drive shaft runs on ball bearings, the body is cast aluminum and the disk is stainless steel. American Eagle recommends it for the AE-G22N grinder or AE-G22NM motor because the higher hub gives the output chute more clearance.
A 2.5" round top chute for cucumbers and carrots and a 6" x 7" bottom hopper for whole vegetables or block cheese.
The 1/4" stainless steel shredding disk handles cheese, carrots, potatoes and cabbage for slaw.
The drive shaft is mounted on ball bearings for smooth operation.
American Eagle rates it at 100-400 lb. per hour shredding cheese and 450-675 lb. per hour slicing vegetables at 170-340 RPM.
Any American Eagle #12 hub motor: AE-G12N, AE-G22N, AE-G12NM or AE-G22NM. American Eagle recommends the AE-G22N or AE-G22NM because the higher hub gives the output chute more clearance.

No. American Eagle says not to use the motor in reverse with the vegetable cutter; reverse is for the grinder head only.
