A #12 hub vegetable cutter head that slices cucumbers, carrots, potatoes and onions at 1/16", 1/8" or 3/16".
The American Eagle AE-VS12NH-M-SK is the AE-VS12NH vegetable cutter head supplied with the adjustable slicing disk. Its dual hopper takes long vegetables in the 2.5" round top chute and whole vegetables or block cheese in the 6" x 7" bottom hopper. The drive shaft runs on ball bearings, the body is cast aluminum and the disk is stainless steel. American Eagle recommends it for the AE-G22N grinder or AE-G22NM motor because the higher hub gives the output chute more clearance.
A 2.5" round top chute for cucumbers and carrots and a 6" x 7" bottom hopper for whole vegetables or block cheese.
The slicing disk sets 1/16" with no spacer, 1/8" with the thin spacer or 3/16" with the thick spacer.
The drive shaft is mounted on ball bearings for smooth operation.
American Eagle rates it at 100-400 lb. per hour shredding cheese and 450-675 lb. per hour slicing vegetables at 170-340 RPM.
Any American Eagle #12 hub motor: AE-G12N, AE-G22N, AE-G12NM or AE-G22NM. American Eagle recommends the AE-G22N or AE-G22NM because the higher hub gives the output chute more clearance.

No. American Eagle says not to use the motor in reverse with the vegetable cutter; reverse is for the grinder head only.
