A 8' x 8' outdoor walk-in cooler box, floorless, ready for the refrigeration system you choose.
The Amerikooler QC080882N-O is an AK Series 3 Quick Ship walk-in cooler for use outdoors. It measures 8' wide x 8' long x 8' 2-1/2" high outside, with 7' 10-1/2" of interior height. It is floorless: it sets on your existing level floor with the NSF vinyl screed supplied. This is the box only: panels, door and door hardware, with no refrigeration system included. Walls and ceiling are 4" AK-XPS4 insulated panels rated R-29.
The walk-in arrives as modular panels that are assembled on site, so it does not need to fit through a doorway in one piece. Check the floor is level before delivery.
Walls and ceiling use 4" extruded polystyrene insulation rated R-29 for coolers, with stucco embossed 26 gauge Acrylume coated Galvalume inside and out. Panels lock together with cam-action locks and gasketed joints.
No refrigeration system comes with this unit. Your refrigeration contractor supplies and installs the system you choose for a 35°F cooler. The door still needs a 115V/1/60, 1.0 amp circuit.
The walls stand on your existing finished tile or concrete floor. An NSF vinyl screed with a 1/2" radius cove is lag fastened to the floor. The floor must be level.
Safeguard deadbolt keyed, padlock-capable pull handle latch with an interior safety release, two Performer lift-off cam-rise spring-assisted hinges, a spring door closer, an LED light and a digital thermometer with pilot light switch.
The outdoor version comes with a rain roof membrane, exterior floor angles and a door hood.

Outside it measures 8' wide x 8' long x 8' 2-1/2" high. Leave at least 2" between the walk-in and building walls. Inside height is 7' 10-1/2" without a floor.
