The Amerikooler QC101077N is a 10' x 10' walk-in cooler that stands 7' 7" tall outside and gives you 7' 3" of clear height inside. It is built from 4" AK-XPS insulated panels (R-29) that lock together on site, with a 30" or 36" wide flush door you can center on any side. It is floorless: it sets on your existing level tile or concrete floor with the NSF vinyl screed supplied. It is built for indoor installation. It comes with no refrigeration, so you can add the system that suits your site.

Walls and ceiling use 4" DuPont extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation rated R-29 for coolers, backed by a 50-year DuPont thermal warranty. The panels are Acrylume coated, stucco embossed Galvalume inside and out, which resists corrosion.
Floor, wall and ceiling panels have tongue and groove edges and lock together with cam-action fasteners. An NSF compression gasket on each joint makes an airtight seal. The supplied Allen wrench works the locks, and plugs cover the ports afterward.
The flush door hangs on 2 Performer lift-off, adjustable cam-rise spring-assisted hinges with a spring actuated closer. A Safeguard deadbolt keyed, padlock capable latch locks it, and the interior safety release lets anyone inside get out.
A vapor-proof LED light is centered on the interior door jamb, and a digital LED thermometer with an on/off pilot light switch sits on the jamb so staff can check the temperature without opening the door.

Every door comes with spring-assisted hinges, a closer, a keyed deadbolt latch with inside safety release, an LED light and a digital thermometer.
This model is the indoor version. For outdoor use, choose the matching model with -O in the code, which adds a rain roof membrane, exterior floor angles and a door hood.
