The Amerikooler QC101287FBSC is a 10' x 12' walk-in cooler that stands 8' 7" tall outside and gives you 7' 11" of clear height inside. It is built from 4" AK-XPS insulated panels (R-29) that lock together on site, with a 30" or 36" wide flush door you can center on any side. It comes with an insulated aluminum floor, so it can go on any clean, level finished floor. It is built for indoor installation. It comes with a top mounted self-contained refrigeration system that holds 35°F.

Walls and ceiling use 4" DuPont extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation rated R-29 for coolers, backed by a 50-year DuPont thermal warranty. The panels are Acrylume coated, stucco embossed Galvalume inside and out, which resists corrosion.
Floor, wall and ceiling panels have tongue and groove edges and lock together with cam-action fasteners. An NSF compression gasket on each joint makes an airtight seal. The supplied Allen wrench works the locks, and plugs cover the ports afterward.
The flush door hangs on 2 Performer lift-off, adjustable cam-rise spring-assisted hinges with a spring actuated closer. A Safeguard deadbolt keyed, padlock capable latch locks it, and the interior safety release lets anyone inside get out.
A vapor-proof LED light is centered on the interior door jamb, and a digital LED thermometer with an on/off pilot light switch sits on the jamb so staff can check the temperature without opening the door.
The 4" insulated floor has a smooth aluminum finish rated at 600 lb per sq ft of uniformly distributed load. It is meant for foot traffic; carts and hand trucks call for a reinforced floor.
The refrigeration sits on top of the box with its components mounted. It runs on 208-230V single phase power and holds 35°F. Leave 24" above the box for airflow and service access.

The refrigeration runs on 208-230V, single phase, 60 Hz. The door light and thermometer use a separate 115V, single phase circuit at 1.0 amp. Have a licensed electrician size the breakers from the refrigeration nameplate.
The whole refrigeration system sits on the roof of the box with its components mounted, so there is no separate condensing unit to place. It holds 35°F. It needs 24" of open space above the box for airflow and service.
You pick a 30" or 36" wide by 76" high flush door, centered on the width side or the length side, with a left-hand or right-hand hinge (options WR, WL, LR, LL on this page). Every door comes with spring-assisted hinges, a closer, a keyed deadbolt latch with inside safety release, an LED light and a digital thermometer.
This model is the indoor version. For outdoor use, choose the matching model with -O in the code, which adds a rain roof membrane, exterior floor angles and a door hood.
Amerikooler lists a 50-year DuPont thermal warranty on the insulation, 15-year limited warranty on wall and ceiling panels, 5-year limited warranty on doors and floors, 1-year limited panel labor warranty and 1-year original parts warranty.
