The APW Wyott BC-20 holds 50 hot dog buns or other breads under the roller grill. It has a stainless steel body with clear lift-up plexiglass front doors so customers see the buns, and a rear door so a clerk can fill it from behind the counter and clean out crumbs. APW Wyott sizes it to go with HR(S)-20(S) roller grills. It is unheated and needs no power.
