The APW Wyott Workline GHP-4S is a 24" wide countertop gas hot plate with 4 cast iron burners rated 22,000 BTU/hr each, 88,000 BTU/hr in total. Each burner has its own manual control valve and standing pilot under removable heavy-duty cast iron grates. The body is aluminized steel with a stainless steel front panel and bull nose, a removable drip tray and adjustable 4" legs. It ships for natural gas, with a pressure regulator and a conversion kit for propane.
A manual gas shutoff valve, not included, must be installed upstream within six feet of the hot plate.
Cast iron burners deliver up to 22,000 BTU/hr each, 88,000 BTU/hr in total.
Each burner has a manual On/Off control valve and its own standing pilot; burners light from the pilot when the knob is turned on.
Removable heavy-duty cast iron grates and a removable drip tray for cleaning.
