A half-size drop-in warmer that adds one 12" x 10" hot well where a full-size well will not fit.
The APW Wyott HFW-12DS is a half-size, single-well, heavy-duty top-mount drop-in food warmer that holds one 10" x 12" half-size food pan or equivalent fractional insets. A one-piece stainless steel top flange, a deep-drawn stainless warming pan and insulation on all four sides and the bottom give quicker preheat, faster recovery and energy savings. Thermostatic control, a high limit and a temperature-ready light are standard. The well has a drain.
Wood counters need larger clearances than metal counters; check the table above with your installer.

Yes, with larger clearances: 6" front and back, 8" at the sides and 8-1/2" below. In metal counters APW asks for 4-1/8" front, 1" back, 2" sides and 8-1/2" below.
