A fully insulated drop-in hot food well that holds three 12" x 20" pans at safe serving temperatures in a serving line or counter.
The APW Wyott HFW-3S is a heavy-duty, top-mount, drop-in modular food warmer with three wells that accommodate three 12" x 20" standard food pans or equivalent fractional inset pans. A one-piece stainless steel top flange, heavy-gauge deep-drawn stainless warming pans and full insulation on the sides, front, back and bottom give quicker preheat and faster recovery. Infinite controls, high limits and temperature-ready lights are standard, and E-Z Locks speed installation. This model has no drain; APW's D models add one.
Plan the counter cutout, control panel location and electrical rough-in with your installer before the unit arrives.

The HFW-3S measures 43.5" W x 23.63" D x 9.75" H with a 18" x 6.25" control panel. APW asks for 1" at the left, right and back, 4-1/8" at the front and 6-3/4" below the unit. Get the counter cutout from APW's installation instructions before you cut.
208/240V, 900/1,200 W per well; APW lists it as three phase, with single phase noted as an alternative in its July 2026 guide. It is wired in by an electrician. The listing's 208/240V single-phase choice is the one APW documents. Confirm your phase with us before you order.

APW says its fully insulated models suit non-metal counters. For wood counters up to 1-1/2" thick, APW sells E-Z Lock extension kits; a 3-well unit needs two kits.
APW lists adaptor tops for round insets, E-Z Lock extension kits for wood counters and optional 72" wiring. Drain screens and a drain valve extension kit fit the D models with drains.
APW lists a 1-year limited parts and 1-year limited labor warranty. The spec sheet shows the NSF and UL marks.
