The APW Wyott HRS-20S is an X*Pert series HotRod slanted roller grill for convenience stores and concession counters. It has 10 Tru-Turn non-stick rollers across a 13-inch cooking surface and rolls hot dogs, sausages and egg rolls. Front and back heating zones have their own infinite controls, so you can bring product up to temperature on one zone and hold it for serving on the other. The slanted surface shows the product to customers. Tru-Turn non-stick rollers wipe clean with a damp rag. It runs on 120V.

Easy-to-read infinite controls with heavy-duty knobs set each zone. Roller tubes keep the surface within a 7-degree temperature variance.
Tru-Turn non-stick coating is 30% thicker than competitive non-stick coatings and wipes clean with a damp rag.
Patented larger bearings with a wider radius support the roller tubes, and a self-aligning chain guide keeps operation quiet without chain slippage.
A removable grease collection pan, seals at the roller ends that keep grease out of motors and chains, and easy-to-remove side and bottom panels.
The exterior cabinet is stainless steel, driven by a high-torque motor.
It has 10 rollers across a 13-inch cooking surface, with 7/16 inch between rollers. APW Wyott does not print a hot dog count for this model.
