16 rollers, 34" across
One of APW's largest flat grills, with 7/16" between rollers for high-volume hot dog sales.
Two heat zones
Independent front and back zones with easy-to-read infinite controls let you grill and hold at the same time.
Tru-Turn non-stick rollers
HRS models use APW's Tru-Turn coated roller tubes. APW says the coating is 30% thicker than competitive non-stick coatings and wipes clean with a damp rag.
Even roller heat
APW rates the roller tubes to hold a temperature variance of less than 7 degrees across the grill surface.
Built to be serviced
Larger, wider patented bearings, a self-aligning chain guide and roller-end seals that keep grease out of the motor and chains. Side and bottom panels remove for service.
Easy daily cleanup
A removable grease collection pan and stainless steel exterior cabinet keep cleanup simple.
Delivery and setup
- Inspect the carton for damage before you sign, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Set the grill directly on a countertop or on a matching APW Wyott bun warmer or bun cabinet, sold separately, close to an outlet of the correct voltage.
- The 120V version has two cords with NEMA 5-15P plugs and needs two outlets. The 208/240V version needs one NEMA 6-15 receptacle within reach of its 60" cord. The unit must be grounded.
- Wipe the rollers and drip pan with a damp cloth before first use. APW lists no required clearances to combustible surfaces at the left, right or back.

Which voltage should I choose?
The 120V version uses two power cords rated 1,000 W and 8.3 A each. The 208/240V version uses one cord with a NEMA 6-15P plug and draws 1,800/2,400 W, 8.7/10.0 A. The listing also offers a 208/240V 50 Hz export version with a Euro plug and CE marking.
Is the 120V version cUL approved?
No. APW notes that the 120V two-cord HRS-75 is not cUL approved. The 208/240V version carries the cULus and UL EPH marks shown on the spec sheet.
What can I cook on it?
Hot dogs, egg rolls and other roll-type products made for roller grills. APW's manual warns that the unit is not intended to hold potentially hazardous foods such as uncooked or unpreserved meats and sausages.
What accessories are available?
APW offers a 4" metal leg kit, single door, dual door and pass-through sneeze guards, glass or polycarbonate sneeze guards, 6" tongs, an HR-75/85 divider kit and rear-mounted controls. All are sold separately.
How do I clean the rollers?
Clean daily while the grill is hot: wipe each tube with a moist cloth filled with crushed ice, working from the ends to the center, then wipe again with a clean cloth. Wash the drip pan in hot, soapy water. Never use abrasive powders or pads, and never clean the unit with a water jet.
What warranty does it have?
